General terms and conditions of business

Generally:
All prices for apartments, rooms and junior suites are in euros per room/day

reservation:
If a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the Austrian hotel contract conditions of the Association of Accommodation Providers dated November 15, 2006 are deemed to have been agreed. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ, the prices listed in the price list always apply.

Arrival and departure: Arrival from 2 p.m., departure by 10 a.m

cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. In the event of short-term cancellation (1 day before departure) or early departure, we must charge the price for the entire length of stay. 

down payment:
Your credit card details will be provided when you book, your credit card will not be charged for a deposit. In the event of a short-term cancellation, we reserve the right to charge your credit card.

Dogs and pets:
Euro 15.00 per day (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms.
